BPC has been providing Engineering and Consulting services to Hydropower and infrastructure projects from 1986. The Engineering and Consulting business unit has been restructured under a separate entity, Hydro Consult Engineering Limited (HCEL) in 2009.
HCEL provides following Engineering Services:
- Project Management
- Investigation and planning of Hydropower Projects
- Feasibility, detail design and construction supervision of the Projects
- Due diligence study of the Project
- Bankable feasibility study, financial and economical analysis of the Projects, etc.
HCEL is carried out Review and Study of 38 MW Kabeli A Hydropower Project, 100 MW Lower Manang Marshyangdi, 30 MW Nyadi Hydropower Project, 48MW Detail Design of Bheri Babai Diversion project (Component B: Hydropower), Construction Supervision in Sikta Irrigation; Design Review, Detail Design and Construction Supervision of 4.2MW Tadi Hydropower Project, and more.
HCEL has been involved in Engineering and Consulting job in Kenya for Project Management, Design Review and Construction supervision of 2.8 MW Gura Hydropower Project.
